Olga Kachina published the article “Trace of the Russian Poet Sergei Aleksandrovich Kasatkin in California”. The article tells about the fate of the two poet’s older children who ended up in California because of the tragic events of the Russian revolution. Namely, Vladimir Sergeevich Kasatkin, a graduate of the Naval Cadet Corps in 1906, and Ksenia Sergeevna, who was married to Semeon Alexandrovich Chetverikov, a Captain Second Rank of the Russian Imperial Fleet. Their son Danila, the eldest poet’s grandson, was a well-known graphic designer for most of the ballet and opera productions in Russian Shanghai and San Francisco in the 30s-70s of the last century.
